Event Details

This is a group for farm owners or managers who have a significant role in employee management. Farmer participants will do the following:

• Submit information about labor costs & management practices on their farm before and after overtime (by 4/3).
• Receive a summary of their farm data and a summary of the data for the whole group (group data will have individual farm names removed).
• Meet on 5/1 to discuss the financial impacts of overtime & management strategies.
• There is the potential for future meetings if the group is interested.

The group will be capped at around 10 farms due to the amount of data collection and analysis that will be required. Farms that sign up can bring multiple attendees to the discussion meeting.
